![]() There was no resolution to this evening's events. The end was basically fish and chips and the fries came out cold. Being upset as a guest tends to limit one appetite and willingness to spend additional celebratory funds saved specifically for this dinner. I asked quickly with "well let's start with who are you and go from there." I told her what had happened and that I was going to give her to opportunity to recover what was turning into a really bad night for me and my wife. An assistant manager showed up and rudely asked "did you need something?". I told him I would give him every opportunity to recover our table, he promised much but delivered nothing. The server showed up and I had let him know that the host just set his table on fire as we were being seated. I kept my mouth shut as a manager will surely rectify this little display in the middle of the dining room floor. Then I started to get a bit angry on the inside. I asked the little girl if she was taking us to a both, she snapped around and told me to "settle down and you will get what you get". Once my table was ready the little girl came and got us, I remembered that I had specifically requested a both. I showed up on time, was asked to wait in the lounge area and they would call me when my table was ready. Frances was SO nice and fit our entire party in, just defusing and calmly and completely taking care of us. We had a party of 14, and somehow it got taken as "party of 2"! I was very stressed at this, as it was a special event dinner and I had held the reservation for over a month ahead. The biggest biggest kudo goes to Frances Fox (I believe he is the manager, and what an amazing guy!, I hope his salary is extremely high because he runs the hell out of this place!) He was extremely kind in untangling what would have been a disaster. Roger was our waiter and he helped us order for our large party, he was spot on the serving sizes and extremely professional. ![]() Really excellent food, very easy to recommend a 5 star rating. I look forward to visiting again next month and checking out their LA location next!Įvery dish we ordered was excellent and far exceeded expectations on every item, salmon, filet (superb), sushi was fresh flavorful and just right, mushroom spaghetti (this was my fave -incredible flavor), lobster Mac n cheese, Parmesan fries, charred broccoli (bright flavorful tender), donut tower, chocolate cake, not a single flaw, perfectly seasoned, temp perfect. Everything tasted amazing and we were satisfied with the whole experience. ![]() We tried the grilled Branzino, served with a dipping sauce and side of arugula and potatoes. The sushi rolls were 10/10, and they torch the top of the Catch roll when they bring it out which is super cool. The lobster mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were unique and not something I've ever tried, but loved them both. We shared some sushi rolls, appetizers, and an entrée. All our drinks were strong and delicious so one was enough for me. He really did an amazing job checking in on us and making our experience enjoyable! This place is pricey, but it does not disappoint. Our server, Jordan, gave great suggestions and provided thorough and detailed descriptions of our drinks/food items. I was seated shortly after arriving and of course I had to snap some pics in the iconic entrance as I waited. I was able to make a same day reservation for a Thursday evening which was nice! We did the self parking (3 hours free with a valid NV ID), then entered the Casino Floor and followed the right-hand walkway towards Gem Bar. I finally had the chance to try CATCH during my last Vegas visit.
